  Why we love Jessica Alba

  A regular in the top ten of FHM's 100 Sexiest list, based purely on honeyed skin, a drum-taut Latino body and her wilful disregard of why we’re all so desperate to see the upcoming Sin City sequel. Motherhood and marriage have seen her become more three-dimensional (as in, literally) of late, but thankfully her love of a good bikini scene has made it through the maturing process unscathed.
  Jessica Alba started her acting career at the tender age of 13 in the film Camp Nowhere in which she caught a bit of a break – a smaller role became a central one after one of the more prominent actresses dropped out last minute. After that she had a spell in television, before a part in the 1999 film Never Been Kissed which started to get her name known. She capitalised on that by successfully landing the lead role in James Cameron’s TV series Dark Angel in 2000, in what those in the business (and Jim Davidson) would call her big break.
  It’s all been pretty good for Jessica Alba since then, with roles in Honey, Sin City and Fantastic Four. She got us pretty excited when she had a nude shower scene in Machete, but then it turned out she wasn’t nude at all and our dreams were shattered. Her role as a prostitute in The Killer Inside Mewas a decision that got mad acting props, even if it made everyone else feel funny and a little uncomfortable as she gets beaten to death. But more of that please Jessica, (the acting we mean, not the uncool violence) and less of stuff like Little Fockers, yeah?
